Program Criteria:

      • Current Role: Sr. Director-level or above (or equivalent in startups), demonstrating leadership responsibility.
      • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in biotech, pharma, medtech, or related life sciences sectors.
      • Leadership Exposure: Prior or current management of team, program, project, or strategic objectives.
      • Goal: Clear aspiration to become a C-suite executive (CEO, COO, CSO, CBO, CFO, or equivalent) within 3-5 years.
      • Organizational Support: Applicants must have the support of their current organization, confirmed through a letter of support.

Financial Investment:

The investment for Termeer Ascend is $10,000 per participant, reflecting a highly curated leadership experience that combines expert instruction, peer learning, and direct engagement with experienced biotech executives. This fee supports a cohort-based model designed to maximize depth, connection, and real-world application.
